CALCULATING THE QUANTITY OF VIPSEAL TO INJECT

Why should you have to calculate the quantity of VIPSEAL to inject? This may seem a little tedious, but this calculation makes it possible to know the precise maximum quantity of VIPSEAL, so that its puncture-proofing action can be effective

You determine the volume depending on the frequency of your punctures.

A) The first we call « standard », if you have noticed not having more than 2 punctures per year and thus for several years.
B) The second we call « optimum », if you have noticed more than 2 punctures per year and thus for several years.

This is the most effective guarantee for a perfect puncture protection for all types of tyre!

Your tyres will always be well inflated and no unbalancing effect.

MEASURE YOUR TYRE

Take the indicated measurements in millimetres, then apply the Formula, depending on the type of VIPSEAL and your vehicle.

Formula for VIPSEAL On-Road

For vehicles less than 3.5t:
MEASUREMENT 1 x MEASUREMENT 2 x 0.0030 for "standard" and 0.0038 for "optimum"

Low profile, runflat and reinforced:
MEASUREMENT 1 x MEASUREMENT 2 x 0.0020 for "standard" and 0.0025 for "optimum"

For vehicles greater than 3,5t:
MEASUREMENT 1 x MEASUREMENT 2 x 0.0060 for "standard" and 0.0076 for "optimum"

Formula for VIPSEAL Off-Road

For sports and leisure all terrain vehicles (quad, ATV, motorbikes, etc):
MEASUREMENT 1 x MEASUREMENT 2 x 0.0030 for "standard" and 0.0038 for "optimum"

For professional vehicles (farming, construction, lifting equipment, etc):
MEASUREMENT 1 x MEASUREMENT 2 x 0.0120 for "standard" and 0.0152 for "optimum"

Formula for VIPSEAL Green

For bicycles, lawnmower, electrical cars, scooter, small handling cars, etc:
MEASUREMENT 1 x MEASUREMENT 2 x 0.0060 for "standard" and 0.0076 for "optimum"

The result is the MAXIMUM quantity of VIPSEAL, in milliliters, that you should inject into your tyre
